WHY ARE WE GIVING THIS AWAY?
It’s about time to do good, something dear to our hearts. That was the thought of our friend Umut B. from Berlin and he decided that he wants to be a part of this years Mannheim Marathon connecting it with collecting donations for a good cause. All proceeds will go directly to Childrens Hospice Sterntaler – a place with the goal to accompany terminally ill children and their families on their last way and create an experience as pleasant and comfortable as possible. This work is all done on a voluntary basis. We think that all of you who have either suffered from a loss of a dear human or those among you who have kids, we don’t need to explain to what those people working in a hospice do for us on a daily basis.
We were sad to hear how difficult it was for Umut to find sponsors for this marathon collecting donations. Main reason being that some big companies do not support a one man army for events like that. Yeah – we understand that there is only one chest to place a logo on …
Cutting a long story short: We decided to support Umut and show the world what the creative circle around us is able to achieve. And we rely on you guys!
