For quite a while Galerie Eisdiele – which translates to Gallery Ice Cream Shop – is one of my favorite spots in Nürnberg. The owners are not just organizing awesome shows from different artists and not all of them are related to Graffiti, but this place is also an event gastronomy with a great choice of coffee, drinks and for sure ice cream. This is a place that invites you to spent time and hang around. You can show your video game skills at one of the Arcade machines until they kick you out or join the Writers Corner every second week and listen to the old guys talking about the long gone past. I was more than happy when the owner Flo, who became a good friend of mine, asked me if I would be up to leave something a little more permanent than framed art and stickers. So we met up on a sunny sunday at the Gallery for a couple of espressi and spent some hours freestyling. If you wanna take a look at the result in person, you can combine it with visiting the ongoing show and having a yummieh barraquito.
