Please introduce yourself in a few words!
Hi! I’m Rico79 from Halle an der Saale (Germany). 1993 was the year when everything started and since then it doesn’t happen often that I don’t have a can in my hand – just lovin’ it!
1. Maybe some words about us: When and how did you noticed Hombre & Boogie for the first time?
I would say that was five years ago – shame on me 😀 I never really bought any Mags or had the chance to travel, but social media gave me the chance to check out new to me writers and so I was able to get in contact with Team Homboog and follow their graff journey.
2. How important is your profession in your private life? Are there also some negative aspects?
Graffiti is a big part of my life – every day has got something to do with it. A sketch here, a piece there or some commission work are part of my daily business and my private life has adjusted to that over the years. It’s hard to find negative aspects thought.
3. Do you have Idols?
I don’t really have any role models, but there are so many great artists from different eras who delivered amazing work. But if I’d have to name an artist, it would be Caravaggio for example – he’s the master of light. And the right light has always been really important to my pieces.
4. Which gift do you wish to have?
Being able to fly.
5. Your best travel destination till now?
Paris.

Backpacker

Rap
8. Low Carb or Candy Madness?
Candy with a side of awesome italian food.
9. Soccer or Wrestling?
If we have to talk sports here – Basketball.

Stef One, coffee, internet, graffiti and something green to smoke 😉

13. What are your wishes for the future – private and global?
For myself health is my #1 wish and globally it’s about time that people change and start to rethink, because we need to change direction for a successful future.
